A longstanding SAAS company that is going through some rapid growth. A product that is used by over 15,000 customers with a range of clients from FTSE 100s through to the public sector. Based in a brand new office with a great social community, this is an opportunity not to be missed!
This is an exciting and brand new role to the company. You will be working in the customer team and your key responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
- Mixture of inbound and outbound leads
- Working with enterprise businesses between £10m + £100m in revenue
- Responding, engaging and qualifying inbound sales leads and inquiries
- Profiling strategic accounts by researching and identifying key individuals, and suggesting solutions to start the sales cycle
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market, and develop strategies for lead origination
- Holding intelligent and engaging conversations with business leaders and key targets over the phone and email
- Developing a deep knowledge base of their prospects' industries, competition and sales processes to support insightful conversations and sales cycle
- Working closely with the customer team on the strategic sales approach and to develop account intelligence and relationship maps
** Requirements**
- A degree with a 2:1 equivalent in any discipline
- Commercial acumen (this can be shown in any previous role and this can be sales, recruitment, customer service or similar roles)
- Excited by the prospect of networking with senior level executives
- Experience as a sales development representative would be desirable
