Graduate Executive Assistant - Preston, Lancashire - ASAP - Non-hybrid - £22k + benefits

This is a chance for you to gain wider business experience, helping to manage business operations as the team grow their PR services. Your role will be integral to the day-to-day running of the company, getting involved in:

• Business briefings to understand what tasks need to be completed on a daily and weekly basis 
• Engaging with key clients as the point of contact for the business
• Multitasking on different business projects and ensuring each project is completed to a high standard
• Dealing with confidential business documents such as financial records and invoices
• Scheduling business meetings, managing calendars, organising the company inbox
