Service Portfolio:
Graduate Recruitment Bureau – Our largest division offers two services: supplying talented graduates on a perm contingent basis or as a tailored RPO for programmes with targeted campaigns and complete recruitment outsourcing.
Early Talent Academy– This division focusses on recruitment projects to support employers seeking talented school leavers for their Apprenticeship programmes.
Metrica– Our experienced hire division serves the Tech and Data sectors with exceptional. Our services include perm contingent, executive search, contract, RasS (Recruitment as a Service), SOW (Statement of Works) and ECM (Employed Consultant Model).
Graduate Mentor– This division is a network of 140 e-mentors providing free e-mentoring sessions to 800 University students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are working towards CIC status.
Graduate Recruiters Network (GRN)– We created a professional community of over 3,500 early careers professionals who share best practice, attend webinars and social events.
