The Role
You'll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, building and maintaining partnerships with digital publishers, agencies and household names.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of existing digital publishers; maintaining relationships and performance of campaigns
- Sourcing new digital publishers; networking across social media, email, phone and face to face, building relationships, achieving set targets
- Negotiation and budgeting; understanding benefits of different performance marketing models and digital channels, identifying best approach, negotiating rates and allocating budgets optimally
- Analysis; monitoring the success of campaigns, tweaking budget allocation and publishers to achieve greatest ROI
- Networking and socialising; meeting and entertaining clients, attending conferences and exhibitions in the UK and abroad
Requirements
- Highly engaging, sociable

- Comfortable with basic maths and budgeting
- Flexibility to travel and socialise outside of working hours
- Any previous sales, target or KPI driven experience desirable
