This highly successful and national food company are looking for their future business leaders to join their Graduate Process Development Scheme. In this two year scheme you will rotate around the company's numerous factories and food production sites covering Innovation, Strategy and Operations. You will be given a lot of responsibility right from the start, be working at the front line of the business and play an integral role in driving forward business strategy.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Working on key projects alongside Process Development Managers
- Improving efficiency by introducing new business strategies
- Implementing continuous improvement methods
- Maintain strong communications with internal teams to ensure shared knowledge of plans, performance and intelligence
Essential:
- A 2:2 equivalent or above in Food Science, Bioscience, Business, Engineering or related degree
- Great communication skills, capable of building strong relationships
- Strong leadership skills with a real passion for managing teams and developing performance
- An interest in the Food industry and the desire to progress within this sector
- This is a rotational scheme through multiple sites in both England and Northern Ireland, so you must be geographically mobile
