This company is a multi-national media organisation, who operate over eighty influential brands, across fifteen countries.
The main aim of this position is to track and audit the deals that this organisation has with advertising agencies and to offer insight and analysis to help the future development of advertising deals.
This role will also offer fantastic exposure across radio, magazine and digital platforms and would suit a graduate with confident data handling and Excel capabilities who would like to pursue a career in the media industry. Any experience in market research, insights or media planning would be looked upon favourably.
Key responsibilities:
-Provide the sales team with insight and analysis into advertising deals
-Analysis of commercial threats and risk to trading practices
-Assisting with the development of pricing strategies
-Report writing
-Liaise with account directors
-Data cleansing
-Track revenue and market performance
Requirements:
-2:1 equivalent or above in your chosen subject, related subjects include Business, Economics, Psychology etc
-Good UCAS points
-Confident Excel capabilities including Pivot Tables, Macros and Formulas
-Strong numeracy
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Any experience in a related environment would be a bonus, in particular, market research, insights, data planning or media
