Graduate Contract Manager

This security company is a long-standing company that offers a range of security solutions, from manned guarding to cutting-edge security systems and risk assessments, focusing on ethical, transparent, and accountable practices through their social enterprise status.

We’re on the lookout for a Contract Manager to join and lead the delivery of top-tier security and business support services across a portfolio of sites.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing day-to-day operations across multiple client sites, ensuring performance and service levels are met

• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, attending regular review meetings and reporting on KPIs

• Leading and supporting your teams, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and welfare

• Monitoring contract performance, financials, and compliance—proactively identifying areas for improvement or growth

• Ensuring all health & safety, risk assessments, audits, and assignment instructions are up to date and followed

• Working closely with internal teams (HR, Finance, Scheduling, etc.) to ensure smooth operations

A little bit about this role

• You will be required to be in the office 1 day a week and then out on site for the rest of the week in London 
• Loads of training and development
• £37.5K plus bonus
• Start date ASAP

Candidate Requirements

• 1 year+ experience in any commercial role (this can be in operations, sales, client relationship, key account management) in any sector
• Previous management experience would be desirable 
• Desire to be a people manager 
• Happy to travel around London and be client facing
