Work Environment – Operating on a remote-first basis, the UK sales team meets in a central London WeWork 1–2 times a week

Sales Development Representative
You’ll be targeting key decision-makers across UK accounts, driving pipeline, and setting the pace for revenue growth. We’re after someone hungry to learn, confident on the phone, and ready to dive into the world of SaaS sales with energy and purpose.
If you’re a natural communicator who loves connecting with people and thrives on seeing your efforts turn into real results, this could be your next big move.
What you’ll be doing:
- Researching key UK businesses and identifying the right contacts to go after
- Making smart, well-informed outreach via email, phone, and social (yes, we’ve got the tools for that)
- Booking high-quality demos for the sales team and making their calendars your masterpiece
- Doing the prep: digging into company info, identifying customer pain points, and building smart angles for outreach
- Keeping prospects warm, engaged, and informed as they move through the qualification process
- Logging your activity in the CRM like a pro (because good data = good sales)
What we’re looking for:
We’re not expecting years of experience, but we do want someone who’s already dipped their toes into B2B sales - whether that’s recruitment, telesales, field sales, or even door-to-door.
