Customer Success Executive - Energy Tech - North London - £28k 

Using your transferable skills, you'll be joining the team in a busy, multi-faceted role right in the heart of the business operations. 

You will be joining a team with an exciting office culture which prides itself on supporting its members to grow and develop. 

Having had several weeks of specialist industry training with a mentor, you'll play a key role in managing customer support services via phone and email. You'll resolve queries regarding everything from products to pricing and availability, through to cross-departmentally communicating to provide the best service level possible for customers.

- Degree educated in your chosen field of study, 2:1 or above (or equivalent)
