What Our 2 Year Graduate Regional Delivery Manager Programme Involves:
Our graduate programmes are about creating future leaders. You will be working as part of our operations teams where you'll be supported every step of the way, enjoying a structured training programme to become a regional delivery manager upon completion. Not only will you gain wide-ranging experience of a large business and bags of industry insight, but also our graduate roles are a great opportunity for you to kick-start your career. We'll help you on your way to climbing the career ladder with an earning potential in 2 years of £45K.
From day one you'll quickly gain managerial responsibility, to manage the service provided by a self-employed couriers in your regional demographical area. You'll be responsible for measuring and driving improvement across several performance measures including speed of service, standard, next day, collections, claims. You'll then progress on to an assistant regional manager supporting the regional manager to manage the deliveries in that region and having direct responsibility of line management for our community delivery managers, eventually progressing to manage your own delivery region.
You'll be mentored by the area divisional manager who will support you on your journey with us and be nurtured through graduate development days allowing you to connect and network with fellow graduates from across the business.

What Do I Need?
- A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline (or equivalent)
- A full UK driving licence as some travel may be required in this role between Evri and client sites
- Great communication skills and the ability to lead, influence and build strong working relationships with a diverse team of people
- Flexibility to move around the region and sub depots
- Be able to work early starts, late finishes, night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays
