A market leading fluid technology company concentrating on high-performance chemicals, systems and services for industry and transportation.
In this rotational two year programme you will complete two major placements in different areas of the business, focusing firstly on their products and secondly managing their broad international customer base.
In your first rotation, you will develop in depth knowledge of their business and products. You'll work alongside Product Managers and Business Managers, gaining exposure to multiple key product lines and working on projects that will ensure profitability and expanding their market share.
In your second year, you will take on a client-facing role, managing huge accounts. As a Commercial Account Manager you can expect to be involved in managing global clients, influence business growth strategy, and develop your project management skills.
Your training and development will be sponsored to the highest level and will consist of formal training, informal skill development, network building, field-shadowing and internal client contact.
Realistically after the scheme you will progress into a managerial position in an area of your choice.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 2:1 or above in Business, Economics, or another commercial subject
- Desire to progress into a commercial, business focussed role
- Work experience and internships are desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Driving licence is advantageous
