The Role:
Automation Logic Graduate Academy:
We are fast-tracking the next generation of DevOps Engineers. We have created a unique, intensive 12-week on-site training program, aimed at turning graduates into Junior DevOps Engineers, ready to be productive team members on our projects. On the course our graduates take part in classroom style learning, building their understanding of DevOps tools by building labs, environments and platforms.
Automation Logic Academy Graduates stay with Automation Logic for two years after their course, to gain unparalleled real-world experience on our client sites while being supported by the Automation Logic team and are automatically enrolled as a permanent employee after the 2 years.
Why train with us?
At Automation Logic, we have an established team of DevOps engineers, from graduates through to Senior, Lead and Principal consultants. Our clients are in banking and central government, and we work on some of the most rewarding projects in the field of cloud automation, applying DevOps methodology in all we do. Training will be paid at the London Living Wage, which is currently £10.75 per hour and is reviewed every November. Salary after graduation from the 12-week training will raise to £25,750 per annum. Throughout your two-year tenure your salary will increase to £33,075.
Key requirements:
As a tech-savvy graduate in Computer science, Physics, Chemistry Mechanical engineering, maths or any other stem degree, we can help you make a career.
If you can demonstrate the following, then please apply:
- Strong academic performance, 2:1 or above
- Natural problem-solving ability
- Affinity towards technology (e.g. Open Source software development)
- Participated in extracurricular activities such as sport or music
- Willingness to travel
- Some coding experience would be beneficial but not essential

The Recruitment Process:
First, you will have a phone interview with our Academy Talent Acquisition Consultant. If successful, you will then be invited to one of the following assessment days;
- Tuesday 31st August
- Wednesday 1st September
- Thursday 2nd September
