Job Description:
- Join a dynamic team as a ServiceNow Architect based in Oslo, Norway, working for a prominent US-based IT consultancy firm.
- As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimising ServiceNow solutions for our clients.
- Leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow platform, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions, ensuring the alignment of technology with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather and analyse business needs.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow configuration and customisation.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing ServiceNow implementations, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay current with ServiceNow updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation related to ServiceNow solutions.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and objectives, translating them into effective ServiceNow configurations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with successful implementations.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITBM, and ITOM.
- ServiceNow certification(s) highly desirable.
- Experience working in a client-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
- Understanding of ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow.
