This is a unique opportunity to join a successful digital trading agency working between their newly opened Hamburg office and London HQ. You'll be based in Hamburg with frequent, fully funded travel to London.
(Please note salary is in Euro, earning Euros 32k Yr 1 and an expected Euros 50-60k Yr 2)
Utilising the new technology of real time bidding (RTB), they deliver highly optimised digital advertising campaigns for a range of clients. Full training will be provided, including an intensive four week, paid training course in London.
As a Graduate Online Trader, your role will entail:
- Managing your own portfolio of German and English clients and their digital advertising spend
- Monitoring campaignmarket data and liaising with Analyst team, identifying key insight and investment opportunities
- Strategically allocating budgets; identifying how and where to invest clients? advertising spend
- Trading media; bidding and buying online advertising space
- Trafficking; setting up advertising campaigns, ensuring they're technically sound
- Analysing and continuously optimising campaigns; ensuring greatest ROI for client
- Interacting with clients regularly, reporting back on campaign performance
- Manipulating data and producing regular reports, monthly summaries and presentations
- Striving to deliver highly customised campaigns, as well as retaining and growing client relationships
- Liaising and working collaboratively with European, US and Analyst teams

Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English
- Confident decision maker
- Robust numerical analysis skills
- Strong technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Any experience of statistical analysis, modelling highly desirable
