This established and fast growing customer service agency works with an impressive client list. Providing a variety of customer support services, they advise on, implement and manage these services on behalf of their clients.
Joining the client services team, you'll assist in managing a variety of clients' accounts. They seek a confident self starter that is passionate about providing a high level of service and all things digital.
Key responsibilities include:
- Becoming an expert in the varied customer services systems on offer and implementation processes
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their business and needs
- Identifying appropriate customer support solutions based on clients' needs
- Presenting solutions to clients, outlining implementation process and educating them around the benefits
- Coordinating implementation of solutions, working collaboratively with other teams i.e. designers, sales etc.
- Sourcing and producing relevant content and design with correct tone across different digital systems i.e. videos, images, web forms and documents
- Keeping clients regularly informed of project delivery, managing time and hitting deadlines
- Monitoring clients' customer service systems, providing key customer insights and on-going improvements
Essential Skills:
- Must have licence and transport
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organised and proactive
- Creative, commercial approach
- Comfortable working with, and interpreting, numerical data
- Strong interest in digital
- IT literate, including Microsoft office
- Tech savvy; html, CSS, JavaScript or Adobe Creative Suite beneficial
