We have several exclusive opportunities for graduates to join a fantastic Operational Management Scheme. You will receive world-class training and exposure to several different business areas, giving you the ideal platform to begin your career as an Operations Manager within this market-leading company. You will be working with household names and multinational companies to maintain and develop good customer relations at operational levels, at all times.
After an extensive induction your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Helping to increase profit across each customer area
- Identifying emerging opportunities to grow the company's exposure
- Working to help define business strategy and build business plans
- People management and increasing the quality of your own team, as well as disciplining poor performance
- Helping the overall efficiency of customer satisfaction
- Ensuring optimum customer service through the delivery of excellent service
- Market and consumer analysis
- Improving operational efficiencies across different business areas
Requirements:
- 2:1 (level) or above in Business, Management, Economics or a related degree
- 300 UCAS points, from your top three A-Levels or international equivalent
- Logical, inquisitive, problem solvers who are willing to challenge using innovative thinking
- Strong leadership potential demonstrated by extra-curricular activities, positions of responsibility, work experience or success in sport etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Driven and motivated
- A driving licence
