A leading global investment bank.
An opportunity has arisen to join the HR services department. Reporting directly to the HR Director you will provide administrative support to the resourcing, employee relations and Learning and Development teams. You will receive extensive, on-the-job, training and, in time, will take on more varied responsibilities across all areas of HR.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the on-boarding process for new joiners
- Arranging training courses for individuals across the business
- Assisting with the performance management programme
- Arranging interviews and liaising with management teams
- Production of employment contracts, offer letters and background checks of new joiners
- Assisting with the administration of employee relations exercises
You will also be expected to participate and carry out other general tasks and responsibilities.
In order to apply candidates must:
- Have excellent communication skills - both written and oral - with a confident and professional approach
- Experience in a service led environment would be advantageous
- Be a strong team player who is sensitive to the need of others
- Be PC literate with a high level of working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
- Have GCSE Maths and English at minimum of grade C
- Prior experience in an administrative environment would also be beneficial.
A relevant degree would also be advantageous but is no means essential as full training will be given. Above all we are looking for enthusiastic graduates who are keen to kick start their career in HR.
