An opportunity has arisen for a HR professional to join this global Financial Services organisation. Reporting into the HR Partner and Director of Finance and Operations, you will have the responsibility for the HR needs of employees based in the UK, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
The role will focus on all areas of HR including:
- Employee relations for example disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies and maternitypaternity.
- End-to-end recruitment and selection support including conducting interviews, liaising with recruitment agents, and inductions
- Learning and development
- Working alongside the HR Global Team in the US on key projects affecting employees globally
- HR administrative tasks e.g. maintaining all personnel records, starter and leaver processes
You will also be expected to build relationships with and gain an understanding of all areas of the business in order to ensure you can deliver value on all projects that you work on.

Requirements:
- 2:1 or above in Business, Management, HR, or Psychology related degree
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the Financial Services or Professional Services
- CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD
- Strong communication skills capable of building relationships with Partners, Fee Earners and external contacts
- The ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
