What type of things will I be working on?
On this 12-month industrial placement, you will be actively involved in the planning, organising and administration of a range of learning and development programmes and interventions. This includes:
- Coordination and delegate management for L&D delivered workshops and development programmes
- Updating materials and resources required for all inhouse interventions
- Room booking and coordination for all inhouse L&D events/workshops
- Updates for all delegate attendance on the Learning Management System (Workday learning)
- Coordinate and book coaching sessions with programme participants (post module facilitation)
- Help and advise, where possible, enquiries connected with different programmes and training interventions
- Support L&D team in setting up learning and development facilitation areas and rooms

Where will I be working?
This role is based out of one of our main sites in New Mills, near Wotton-under-Edge in Gloucestershire. As Renishaw sites are based in semi-rural locations, applicants must have their own form of transport or be willing to relocate to the local area.
What do I need and how do I apply?
We’re looking for candidates with a passion for HR and should have studied in/be studying disciplines in a relevant subject including, Human Resources, Business Management ore related fields (however, we are open to applications from all degree backgrounds).
