The Grant Thornton graduate scheme

Training contracts with Grant Thornton usually last for three years. The training period will involve on the job placements as well as a serious of individual and group training schemes, aimed at equipping graduates with the relevant business knowledge, technical expertise and personal skills for a successful career in business finance. At the same time, Grant Thornton expects graduates to complete formal qualifications giving them better future prospects.
Roles are available in: Audit; Business Risk Services, Tax; Recovery and Reorganisation; Actuarial.

What you need:
For most schemes, graduates must have a 2:1 or higher in any academic discipline, 300 UCAS points and at least B grades at GCSE Maths and English Language, or equivalent qualifications. Candidates should first and foremost show an enthusiasm for a career in financial and business advising. Graduates should show good communication skills, commercial awareness, team work and leadership skills, intellectual and judgmental ability and good organisational skills.
