Training involves in store placements in four key areas of business, equipping graduates with knowledge they need to perform the management role effectively, while improving their team work, communication and leadership abilities. In addition, graduates can expect one on one coaching sessions, as well as taking part in targeted training and community projects, as well as challenge sessions against other graduates.
Training for the Brand, Buying and Marketing scheme involves hands on experience at the Boots support offices, as well as store placements. Graduates will attend workshops, projects and events, as well as liaising with a manager and mentor, to prepare them for the challenge of the role. Completion of the Brand, Buying and Marketing scheme will put graduates in a position to develop and dictate the products that Boots' customers will be purchasing, giving them an important and creative role.
