Police Constable Innayah Aziz (West Midlands Police) joined Police Now after graduating from her Psychology degree at Coventry University in 2020. Innayah completed the National Graduate Leadership Programme after two years in her neighbourhood policing role, where she had worked on tackling long-term anti-social behaviour and criminal activity and built long-term partnerships across West Midlands. More recently, Innayah has been a Syndicate Lead, training the latest cohort of Police Now officers.
“Becoming a police officer has been one of my proudest achievements, policing was never the career I considered for myself, but my passion was supporting vulnerable people in my community.”
