We've designed and developed a brand new scheme that's driven by you. The Bespoke Graduate Scheme allows you to choose the placements you want to work in and these can be spread across different business areas, giving you a strategic view of what RWE npower are all about.

RWE npower has plenty of diverse and exciting career paths for you to choose from and this scheme helps you to decide what the best path is for you. You can either choose placements in 2 or 3 different business areas or specialise in one area depending on your interests.

Within the Bespoke scheme we have a HR stream which gives you the best platform of experience whilst studying for your CIPD.

Whichever business area you ultimately choose to progress in, you'll put our customers at the heart of everything you do. To give you the best possible grounding for your career with us, one of your placements will be in our Customer Service team. Gaining a deeper understanding of how our work directly affects people's lives will give you a stronger sense of what we-re in it for - and make your work even more rewarding.
