Internal Talent Acquisition Executive
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Updating the website to make the company more desirable for potential employees
- Working on processes for direct recruitment strategies by sourcing and screening candidates
- Having an impact on the company's overall recruitment strategy
- Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies
- Taking part in the interview processes
- Onboarding successful candidates into the business
- Managing junior team members as they expand the team
This role is available to start in September 2021. The company are currently working to a part-time WFHWFO pattern, to be reviewed in line with government announcements.
Requirements:
- At least 12+ months experience in a recruitment role, or working within a recruitment company; to be eligible for the higher starting salary, candidates will have 18+ months of experience
- A 2:1 or above (or equivalent) from a good university, in any relevant degree subject
- Able to demonstrate good organisational skills
- The ability to build commercial relationships with people
