The Role:

You’ll be responsible for supporting high-profile executive search assignments across the Health and Care sectors by identifying, engaging, and managing senior-level talent. You’ll use a variety of recruitment and research methods to build out talent pools, map the market, and contribute to the successful delivery of C-suite hiring projects. This role is a mixture of research and client facing communication. 

You’ll liaise directly with candidates and clients, assist in creating tailored reports and shortlists, and ultimately progress into a 360-consultant role where you’ll take ownership of client relationships and business development.
