This is a graduate training opportunity designed to fast-track your development from researcher to sales consultant. You’ll learn how to identify specialist talent in the risk and compliance space, build client relationships, and ultimately close multi-stakeholder recruitment projects.

The Role

You will begin as a trainee headhunter but will quickly progress to a consultant within the business.

This unique approach to recruitment will see you meeting with both candidates and clients multiple times throughout the interview processes. The position will also include:

• Headhunting using LinkedIn and existing contacts
• Liaising with clients and candidates to grow your network
• Industry research
• Leading and running meetings
• Working towards commission from day one
