This programme operates on flexible rotations tailored where possible according to your strengths and interests. You will have the opportunity to work in some of the company's specialised teams including but not limited to; space system development, system architecture, engineering, spectrum management, satellite operations and network operations.
These rotations will be conducted on a regular basis. To ensure you are continuously supported throughout these rotations, you will be assigned a mentor outside of the line management relationship.
This role will be mainly based in London, but there may be opportunities to work in one of the international offices, located in the U.S., France, Italy or the Netherlands.
After the two year rotation period, you will move into a permanent position that suits your continual development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject. For example: Computer Science, Engineering (Aeronautical, Electrical or Mechanical), Physics, Mathematics or Technology. Engineering degrees are highly desired. All STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) subjects will be considered.
- We are looking for highly academic individuals with exceptional Grades at A-level (or equivalent) and Degree level.
- We will look at relevant experience preferentially.
- Good communication skills are important both in written and verbal forms.
- A cited interest in the Satellite industry is important so please demonstrate this in your CV.
