What Will I Be Doing?
Working alongside the QA lead you will work on a range of projects that will benefit thousands of young people each year. You will work alongside a number of clients across varied industries to ensure that Youth development and work experience opportunities are of high quality and reach the desired demographic. You can expect to:
- Manage and collect data to produce reports on the quality of placement opportunities
- Liaise with clients and candidates to deliver projects
- Work closely with the industry engagement and partnership teams to deliver external accreditation
- Support the continuous improvement of project delivery
This is a rare opportunity for a graduate to get hands-on experience in the Third sector and have a direct and positive impact on the development of youth communities
What We Are Looking For:
We encourage applications from candidates with any degree background who can demonstrate a genuine interest in the Third sector, Charity and youth development. In addition, you should:
- Be a team player and want to collaborate on a range of projects
- Be comfortable communicating with clients and delegates
- Be keen to work on a variety of projects concurrently
- Be able to identify and implement improvement opportunities in the business process
- Have knowledge of MSOffice suite - including Excel
- Be able to learn other specialist software
