This growing events company creates and facilitates bespoke conferences and meetings between businesses in the financial and technology industries.
They are looking to add to their events portfolio in the next year and want TWO graduates to support them with this - could this be you?
Graduate Events Assistant (2 Roles) - London - ASAP - Hybrid Working - £25K + bonus
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door within the fast-paced events industry. This would suit a candidate looking to gain and develop their skills in organisation, project management, and events administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing their CRM systems - creating the events pages on the system, uploading speaker biographies, updating events schedules, writing reports
- Checking in with the different teams across the business with weekly updates, to make sure everyone is meeting deadlines
- Liaising with suppliers for catering, accommodation, and travel arrangements
- Creating physical events copy such as badges, lanyards, information packs, and events advertising (e.g billboards)
- Attending in-person events to make sure the day runs smoothly
- General events administration

Requirements:
- A 2:2 or above (or equivalent) in a relevant degree subject
- Some exposure to working on events - this can be through a degree, placement year, work experience, volunteering, or extracurricular activities
