Joining the Insights team, you'll work on varied client research projects to improve brand understanding and ultimately fuel the creation of strategic digital marketing activities. Working collaboratively with clients and other teams in the business, you'll handle and analyse both quantitative and qualitative data.
Key responsibilities include:
- Data processing; extracting, coding and reformatting data using industry tools and Excel
- Data analysis; delving into and identifying insights from social media data predominately, also third party i.e. research reports, surveys etc.
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of client research projects covering brand, audience and campaign analysis
- Manipulating and summarising data into graphs, tables etc.
- Communicating key insights via written reports and verbally
- Working collaboratively with other teams in the business, particularly strategy and planning
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, with increasing contact as you progress
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Genuine interest in digital space
- Strong analysis skills; comfortable handling quantitative and qualitative data
- IT literate, particularly Excel
- Any experience in marketing or media analysis, particularly research or social led highly desirable (not required)
