The Role
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Graduate Consulting Analyst to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist and growing consultancy. You will gain exposure to both Senior Directors and clients, allowing you to develop unparalleled knowledge of the financial services and banking industries. The company provides intensive on the job training and brilliant opportunities for progression and development.
This challenging role will involve:
- Simultaneously working on a variety of client projects.
- Conducting analysis and research on banking and financial services across both the UK and European markets.
- Specific research into product and service innovations, launches and developments in the industry.
- Doing more specific research into a client's performance and products to identify strategic growth opportunities allowing them to maximise customer value and ensure sustained growth.
- Writing reports, creating presentations to deliver back to Directors and eventually clients.
- The opportunity to travel with Directors on client visits, both nationally and internationally.
The package is excellent and includes a £25K starting salary with a competitive performance based bonus. You will also be given a Mac laptop and a mobile phone.
This role is to start in March and will interview in Feb but applications will also be considered from 2019 graduates who can start full time in July.
Requirements:
- Excellent academics with a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent.
- Commercially aware, able to understand financial services.
- Pragmatic and logical with a good head for numbers, able to spot trends in data.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly PowerPoint and Excel).
- Superb communication skills.
