Based in London Victoria, my client is the UK division of a very successful US e-sourcing company. They develop software and offer professional consulting services to their clients.
Please note the hours of work for this role are 05:00am- 14:00 Monday to Friday.
Due to growth, our client is keen to recruit a customer focussed graduate to work as a Client Support Specialist; you will assist and work closely with their clients out of their central London office.
Within this position you will be supporting purchasing professionals and suppliers on the company's software solutions. As the first line support contact, you will interact with SmartSource users via calls and email requests to resolve questions and issues related to usage of the system.
In addition, you would be expected to assist in supporting day-to-day operations of their global offices, which may include providing supplier web training sessions and completing strategic sourcing project work.
Strong candidates must be proactive, motivated, organised and client focused to address requests quickly and professionally. This position plays a critical role in building and sustaining customer relationships while driving the adoption of the client's software solutions.
Requirements:
- You will be a recent graduate with at least 1 years' worth of customer service experience.
- You will have impeccable communication skills and be completely happy with spending a lot of time on the phone working with the client's customer base.
