When a financial business and a consumer disagree about money matters, they can talk to the ombudsman service. We’re looking for graduates from a range of backgrounds to become adjudicators and help us make a positive difference to the people who come to us for help.
• Listen to both sides of the story and talk things over with your customers
• Examine the evidence and develop your understanding of the case
• Liaise with colleagues and come to a conclusion
• Explain your decision in a way that’s easy to understand
We’ll train you to be a specialist in an area of financial services like banking, insurance, or PPI – And you’ll join a team of people from a range of different backgrounds who love sharing their knowledge and will always be happy to offer advice.
This is a rewarding role and one where you you’ll make a positive impact on the people and businesses you interact with.
