What will I be doing?
This role is a long-term career opportunity. Your rotations will provide experience across different business functions to gain an understanding of how the business operates and identify opportunities for improvements. During your rotations you will analysing and problem-solving specific business challenges to then propose, design and implement solutions within the context of that centre of excellence's domain of expertise. The role also provides the opportunity for you to shape your experience through the rotations to match your interests and ambitions and you will be supported and advised throughout the process.
Salary and benefits:
- £28,000 initially, rising to £30,000 following completion of the six month probation period. Increasing to £32,000 in year two.

Key skills and behaviours we are looking for:
- Strong academic results at both degree and A level, specifically a 2.1 Degree.
- Open to all disciplines Analytical skills and an ability to identify pragmatic solutions.
- Confident in managing and analysing data sets.
- Resilience and flexibility to deal with new topics and a regularly changing workload.
- Good knowledge and practical use of Microsoft IT applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint).
- Results driven and self-motivated to learn and further develop.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Work affectively independently as well as within a team in a collaborative environment.
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in FS.
- Eager to learn with an enthusiastic approach
