Graduate ACA Apprenticeship

This award-winning accountancy firm in the heart of Bath is offering a Rotational ACA Graduate Apprenticeship - and you don’t need a background in finance to apply.

As a trainee, you'd get to work closely with experienced professionals, learning the ropes of accountancy while supporting a diverse range of clients.

Expect a fast-paced environment with plenty of variety as you grow your technical knowledge and develop professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working towards your fully funded ACA, while gaining practical experience across audit, accounts, payroll, and tax.

• Engage directly with clients by attending client visits, responding to queries and providing helpful, timely support.

• Master a range of accounting software tools, including Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and others - setting you up with in-demand digital skills for a modern finance career.

• Get hands-on with financial reporting by helping prepare statutory accounts and financial statements for a varied portfolio of clients - from start-ups to established businesses.

What We’re Looking For

• A 2:1 or above, and BBB at A Level
• Evidence of strong communication skills, whether that's in customer service, part-time work, or team sport
• Ready to take on the challenge of studying ACA Level 7 alongside full-time work
• Local to Bath
