Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements, processes, and challenges.
- Configure and customise ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITBM, and ITOM, to meet client specifications and deliver value-added solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices, ensuring the efficient and effective use of the platform.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for clients and internal teams.
- Assist in the assessment and enhancement of existing ServiceNow implementations, identifying opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases, updates, and industry trends, leveraging new features and capabilities to enhance client solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and test plans.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, with a track record of successful implementations and client engagements.
ServiceNow certification(s), such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform functionality, configuration, and customisation capabilities.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST API, SOAP, and MID Server.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyse complex requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
