Principal Consultant - Data and Transformation

Are you ready to take the lead on high-impact transformation projects within the Private Equity and Asset Management space?

We’re currently partnering with a prestigious consultancy specialising in PE/Asset Management, seeking a Principal/Lead Consultant to join their growing Data & Transformation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the delivery of end-to-end implementation and transformation projects, driving strategic outcomes for clients in the PE and Asset Management sectors.

• Work closely with clients to design and implement data-driven solutions, with a strong focus on front-to-back office transformation.

• Gain hands-on experience with leading industry platforms such as Dynamo (CRM/Investor Relations), eFront (Portfolio & Fund Management), and DealCloud (Deal Management & CRM).

• Opportunity to take on line management and leadership responsibilities as the team grows.

• Based in a collaborative and vibrant Central London office (hybrid – 2 days per week).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience delivering data or transformation projects within financial services, ideally private markets.

• Familiarity with systems such asDynamo, eFront, DealCloud, or similar platforms used in the alternative investments space.

• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, manage delivery, and drive results.

• Analytical mindset with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach.
