The Role
This position will offer you a unique experience to be able to deep dive into exactly how customers interact with this organisations website and apps. You'll be providing important insights to stakeholders across several divisions to influence key business decisions. The insights you provide aren't just the basics but you need to be extremely detail orientated and have the ability to think outside the box to offer unique insights.
Some of the questions you may look to answer include (but not limited to):
- Is our search function's algorithm working as effectively as possible?
- How do our consumers use the app and what can we do to improve it?
- What can we do to increase the effectiveness of our site through personalisation?
Essential Criteria
- An outstanding academic background with a numerate degree at 2:1 (or equivalent) or above
- Demonstrable experience with SQL e.g., BigQuery
- Comprehensive knowledge of a web analytics tool, ideally Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- A genuine passion for the retail industry and sustainability
- 2 years' + experience in a relevant/similar position
