The Company
A successful fashion footwear specialist. They have retail sites across Europe and America and stock a mixture of their own label and branded footwear.
The Role
This is the only analyst position within the e-commerce team. You would be responsible for mining and analysing visit and transactional data for both online and in-store to produce actionable customer and marketing insight. You will then present this information to stakeholders across the business to help drive and inform the multi-channel marketing strategy.
Requirements are flexible, but they are especially keen to consider anyone with the following:
- CRM database and customer insight analytics
- Analytics experience within a retail, FMCG, eCommerce or similar organisation
- Hands on experience in Excel
