A client since August 1999, this Berkshire-based software house has recruited in excess of 100 graduates using GRB's Search and Selection service. The International Recruitment lead explains our most recent project in more detail.
What was your business challenge/need at the time that required a new hire?
Each year we take on a small number of graduates both for our Technology Graduate Scheme and for entry level roles across our organisation here in the United Kingdom in areas such as Marketing, R&D, HR and Technical Support.
Why were you looking for a graduate?
Bringing in people who can bring new ideas and challenge conventional thinking is the key to driving new innovation across everything that we do. Our scheme in particular provides our graduates with the opportunity to make a real impact from day one through involvement and management of real life projects and is designed to provide the graduates on it with the skills and experience needed to kick start their career in R&D or Product Management.
