What was your business challenge/need at the time that required a new hire?

We needed a recruitment partner to create a seamless Assessment Centre process allowing candidates to perform their best in a virtual environment and have a positive candidate experience. GRS successfully delivered 26 Virtual Assessment Centres for 292 candidates and 337 assessors.
