What was your business challenge/need at the time that required a new hire?
We were seeking a potential recruit with the right mix of educational attainment, skills and personality. It was crucial the person fit the company culture and had a high level of intelligence.

We received the first CV and were so impressed that we asked when the candidate was available for interview. Turned out he was free the next day so we arranged an appointment. The next day we interviewed the candidate and made an offer on the spot as we didn't want to risk losing him.
