Some of our projects span multiple markets, multiple locations and multiple clients. That s a lot of ducks to get in a row. But on our two-year Business Operations Management programme, you ll learn exactly how we do it. Moving from team to team around the UK, you ll see how we break the super complex down into clear steps and make sure that everything happens when it should.
WHERE YOU CAN JOIN US
You can find out more about the areas of our business offering places on the Business Operations Management programme for autumn 2017 on our website. But no matter which team you join, you could be based anywhere in the UK. That s why we ask all our graduates to be flexible and willing to move during their programme.
WHAT YOU LL BE DOING
You might be spotting strategic opportunities for the MOD and other defence organisations to save money, managing big product or service development projects, or helping us land our next multimillion-pound contract.
WHAT YOU LL GET OUT OF IT
You won t beat the variety of management opportunities and business experiences you ll get on this programme. Hands-on experience like these will help you really figure out where you want to take your career. Along the way, you ll enjoy a competitive starting salary of £27,000 - £30,000 and our full support to get accredited with a professional institution.
WHAT YOU LL NEED
A 2:2 (Hons) degree in a business-related subject is needed, along with 280 UCAS points (excluding General Studies). You ll also need to satisfy the MOD s security requirements (and may need to complete a medical assessment) and have a full, clean UK driving licence. Note for the programme in Rosyth you will require a minimum of a 2:1 BEng (Hons) degree in an engineering subject and a keen interest to develop your knowledge in project and production engineering.
Applications for this programme are currently open. To avoid disappointment we recommend that you apply sooner rather than later as we work on a rolling basis and where we experience large volumes of applications, we will close the role early.
