Our client has grown rapidly since its formation in 1998 to become one of the UK's leading independent corporate finance advisors.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual. This is a new role within the company, with the aim of developing the reputation of the organisation across the world. You will be involved in the production of Research, Marketing and PR as well as assisting in the origination of engagements for members.
Reporting directly to the board, this role will have high visibility within the international business and a high level of autonomy. There will be a certain amount of international travel, including attendance at its biannual conferences (next ones in Milan Mar '11 and Johannesburg Oct '11).
The essential skills for this position are as follows:
- You will have an excellent academic track record and a 2.1 or above from a top uni
- Strong organisational skills, being able to work on a project basis and able to prioritise to complete projects in a timely fashion
- Robust research, marketing and PR skill set
- Excellent writing skills
- Able to communicate and interact with all levels
- Intellectually curious, commercial awareness and understanding of and interest in key business and transaction drivers and issues.
