Our client is one of the world?s leading boutique executive search consultancies who operate exclusively in the Retail and Consumer industries. From their office in London they are able to utilise their unparalleled sector knowledge and global network of contacts to place the best candidates around the world at Director Level and above. The company currently employs around 20 staff and boasts a fun, dynamic culture. They work across a number of sectors including retail, consumer goods, luxury, fashion, travel and leisure and have successful relationships with clients such as Harrods, Apple, Gap, Nike, Jamie Oliver, Innocent Drinks etc.
A role has come up in the small Fashion and Luxury Retail division, supporting a team of two Consultants. The team are experiencing a high demand for their services and looking to grow. This role can remain as a PA or potentially develop into a Researcher role within Executive Search. Salary is £25k.
Responsibilities:
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Diary management
- Preparing and sending terms and conditions and invoices to clients
- Preparing presentations, letters, proposals, terms and conditions
- Typing candidate CVs
RESEARCH PROCESS and SUPPORT
- Point of contact between client and candidate
- Arranging and confirming candidate interviews
- Organising video conference calls
- Organising travel and hotels
- Managing client and candidate relationships
MARKETING
- Creating new mailing lists for mail-outs and events
- Updating lists and editing lists accordingly
- Sending newspaper articles, articles of interest etc and following up on responses
EVENTS
- Co-ordinating dinners and breakfasts
- Organising venues, timeframes, food, drink, technical equipment
- Preparing event information
- Sending invitations and information, and monitoring responses
- Organise international business trips
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Researching for and preparing PowerPoint presentations for pitches
- Maintaining and updating Business Development lists
- Sending out requests for meetings
- Chasing up on meetings to be arranged
