Working with all the largest train operators in the UK the company has an unprecedented reputation and covers a wide range of projects for its clients.
This is a two year rotational programme designed to give you plenty of commercial experience and technical challenges.
You will spend time in as many functions and projects as possible and will be given a great amount of responsibility. The rotations will be about three months long and will include train operator, design consultancy, manufacturing and a range of internal departments i.e. fleet management.
The company work very closely with large rail providers to improve the efficiency of vehicles and using skills from the basic laws of physics and mechanics to complex theory, they can often achieve huge results from innovative ideas. You will be identifying problems, generating ideas and then developing improvements to increase performance, reliability and longevity of trains.
Through face to face client interaction you will be helping run the UK's railways, working with clients like South West Trains and Virgin.

Requirements:
-2:1 minimum degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Engineering from a top 20 UK University
-Strong A-levels (A's and B's)
-Great communication skills
-Demonstrable leadership skills
-Excellent problem solving abilities
-You will be naturally curious and have innovative ideas
