Working within this leading company as a Graduate Catchment Management Scientist, you'll be in a working environment where new ideas are encouraged and developed. Whilst working mostly for the water industry within the UK, this company are also involved with projects with partners across Europe, opening up the amazing opportunity to travel!
You will be supporting work in catchment management and water quality which will involve;
- Supporting work on the Water Framework Directive.
- Supporting other catchment management studies.
- Building and calibrating water quality models to support these studies.
- Compiling and assessing data.
- Processing data to produce statistical analyses to develop and calibrate models.
- Interpreting results from analysis and the implications they have for clients.

Requirements:
- 2.1 degree or equivalent in Physical Geography or Environmental Science.
- Strong GIS skills.
- Some background knowledge of water quality issues
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Self-motivation
- Exceptional team working skills
- A logical approach to problem solving
- The ability to think innovatively.
