The Role:

As a Senior Consultant, you'll be on the front line of implementation, creating and executing technical solutions for a variety of organisations that will leave no stone unturned in your skill development.

From strategy to delivery, understand clients' business objectives, guide them through SAP standards, and unlock their true potential with SuccessFactors technology.

It will be made sure that your personal skills both from a technology perspective and in client management, will continuously evolve. You'll also play a hand in mentoring the future leaders of the business as you yourself climb into further seniority.

What You Need:

• Academic prowess, with a 2:1 or above in a numerate degree.
• 3+ years of experience with SAP SF modules, across the full project life-cycle.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams for SF integration.
• Proven examples of fostering & maintaining client relationships.
