New graduates will usually start as a Resourcer (only dealing with candidates) or a Trainee Graduate Recruitment Consultant. The career path leads to Recruitment Consultant, then maybe Senior Consultant, Team Leader, Division Manager, or even Director. In all cases, promotion will be results-driven.

As a recruitment consultant you have the opportunity to work within contigency recruitment or executive search which although are both recruitment careers involve different daily tasks.

Step 2: To apply for a particular vacancy e-mail your CV to the relevant consultant with the relevant reference code.
Step 3: If you are suitable a GRB consultant will call to discuss the role further.
Step 4: Your consultant will forward your CV to the client highlighting your suitability for the vacancy.
Step 5: Your consultant will arrange interview times and provide you with interview preparation documentation and advice.
Step 6: If successful your consultant will manage your offer, salary package and start date.
