The Sky graduate scheme
All Sky graduates begin with thorough corporate and departmental inductions. You'll learn about our company history, your business area, Sky products and content choice and how the customer is at the heart of all we do. We also offer forums to give you the chance to network with other Sky graduates and receive business and training updates. You'll also have a buddy assigned to you before you even join to help you discover more about the way we do things at Sky. As a business, we're all about choice, and many of our graduate programmes give you the chance to gain professional qualifications as part of your training, such as CIMA and CIM.
Training involves on the job experience and mentoring schemes, so graduates can gain first hand experience whilst developing their communication skills at the same time. Alongside this, Sky's personal development programmes ensure graduates develop essential skills in all areas, making them as qualified as possible to become a key employee for the company. Completion of the training programmes can see graduates progress in their chosen field if they show the desire and ability to succeed.
